Advancis Hepax is a food supplement which contains milk thistle extract (Silybum marianum (L.) Gaertn.) with a 80% standardisation of Silymarin. Traditionally, thistle has been used for over 2 000 years to help in situations of hepatic and/or biliary omfort. Silymarin constitutes the active fraction of this plant, responsible for its hepatoprotective activity. Advancis Hepa presents an antioxidant and hepatoprotective action, providing an adequate liver function, especially during the most aggressive periods or when the liver is more weakened.
